Last updated: 5 September 2026 By using RojiRoti on the web or in the Android app you agree to these terms. 1. The service RojiRoti lists jobs in India and lets candidates apply with a phone OTP. Employers post jobs and manage applicants. We may refuse, hide, or remove content that breaks these terms. 2. Accounts You must use your own Indian mobile number. Keep OTP codes private. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person should not share a login. 3. Candidates Provide truthful profile and resume information. Do not apply with someone else's documents. You can withdraw an application while it is still open. 4. Employers Post real jobs with a clear location and pay where you list it. Do not charge candidates a fee to apply. Do not use applicant data for anything except hiring for that role. 5. Acceptable use Do not scrape listings, spam alerts, upload malware, or try to access another account. Do not post discriminatory or illegal jobs. 6. Content You keep rights in your resume and job posts. You give us a licence to host and show them so the service works. 7. Liability Listings come from employers. We do not guarantee a job or a hire. The service is provided as available. We are not liable for lost offers, downtime, or decisions made by employers or candidates. 8. Ending the service You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. 9. Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory law says otherwise.
