Last updated: 5 September 2026 This policy explains what RojiRoti collects when you use our website or Android app. We operate in India and process personal data to help people find work and companies hire. 1. Who we are RojiRoti provides a job marketplace. Contact us at hello@dev.rojiroty.com. 2. Data we collect - Account: Indian mobile number, name, and optional email - Candidate profile: headline, city, experience, education, skills, languages, certifications, photo, resumes, job preferences, and privacy choices - Applications: the job you applied to, resume sent, cover letter, status history, and interview times - Employer data: company profile, logo, team invites, job posts, notes on applicants - Device and security: OTP challenges, login attempts, app device name/platform, and a session token - Usage: job searches and job views, used to run search and recommendations We do not sell personal data. We do not show your resume on public job pages. 3. Why we use it - Create and secure your account with OTP - Show matching jobs and let you apply - Let employers review applications for jobs you applied to - Send job alerts and application updates you asked for - Keep the marketplace safe (moderation, abuse prevention) - Meet legal and tax record needs 4. Who can see it - Employers see the profile and resume you share when you apply, subject to your privacy settings - Staff can review jobs, companies, and reports to operate the platform - SMS and hosting providers process data only to deliver OTP or store files 5. How long we keep it We keep account and application records while your account is open. After you delete your account we hide it at once and remove identifiers such as your phone number. Hiring records already shared with an employer may stay in that company's workspace. Backups are overwritten within 30 days. 6. Your rights You can update your profile in the app or on the website. You can delete your account from Menu → Delete account in the app, or at https://dev.rojiroty.com/account/delete after you sign in. A public guide is at https://dev.rojiroty.com/pages/delete-account. You may also email hello@dev.rojiroty.com to ask what we hold or to request deletion if you cannot sign in. 7. Children RojiRoti is for people 18 or older who are looking for work. We do not knowingly create accounts for children. 8. Security OTP codes expire. Sessions can be revoked from the app. Resumes and photos stay in private storage. 9. Changes We will update this page when our practices change. The date above is the latest version. Google Play Data safety: we collect personal info, location (city you choose), photos, files (resumes), and app activity. Data is used for app functionality and account management. Users can request deletion.
