About the role
We are hiring Store Executives for Instamart dark stores. As a Store Executive, you will handle daily store operations, including receiving stock, arranging products on racks, and picking and packing customer orders. You will make sure every order is accurate, products are fresh and within expiry, and the store stays clean and organized. This is a great opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates who want to build a career in the fast-growing quick commerce industry.
Responsibilities
• Receive and check incoming stock (inward) • Arrange products on racks and keep the store organized • Pick and pack customer orders quickly and accurately • Check expiry dates and remove damaged/expired items • Maintain stock count and do daily inventory checks • Keep the store clean and follow hygiene standards • Coordinate with delivery partners for timely dispatch
Requirements
• Qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate • Age: 18–35 years • Freshers and experienced both can apply • Basic smartphone knowledge • Basic reading of English (product names, order lists) • Ready to work in rotational shifts • Candidates living near the store preferred
