About the role
We are hiring Picker POD associates for Instamart store operations across multiple locations. The role is responsible for accurately picking products from the store/POD as per customer orders, checking product quantity and quality, and preparing orders for the next stage of fulfilment.
This is an on-site operations role suitable for freshers as well as candidates with experience in retail, warehouse, store or quick-commerce operations.

Responsibilities
1. Pick products accurately according to customer orders. 2. Locate products quickly within the POD/store. 3. Verify product name, quantity and condition before picking. 4. Ensure picked items are handled carefully. 5. Prepare picked orders for packing/dispatch. 6. Maintain accuracy while processing multiple orders. 7. Keep the picking area organized and clean. 8. Follow inventory and store operating procedures.
Requirements
1. Freshers can apply. 2. 0–3 years of experience preferred. 3. Basic communication skills. 4. Ability to read product names and order details. 5. Good attention to detail. 6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 7. Willing to work in assigned shifts. 8. Good teamwork and punctuality.
