Instamart is hiring QRT (Quick Response Team) associates for store operations across Hyderabad, Chennai and Pune. The role is focused on providing quick operational support inside the store, resolving day-to-day issues, supporting order fulfilment and inventory activities, and helping the store team maintain smooth operations. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced quick-commerce environment, responding quickly to operational requirements and coordinating with different store teams.
All listed QRT vacancies are Full Time, with Morning or Afternoon shifts, depending on location.

Responsibilities
1. Provide quick operational support during the assigned shift. 2. Support Store Executives and other store team members. 3. Assist with order fulfilment and store operations. 4. Help resolve day-to-day operational issues. 5. Support inventory, stock arrangement and replenishment activities. 6. Coordinate with relevant teams for urgent store requirements. 7. Maintain store operational standards.
Requirements
Candidates comfortable with fast-paced store operations. 1. Good communication and team-coordination skills. 2. Ability to respond quickly to operational requirements. 3. Basic understanding of store/warehouse operations preferred. 4. Ability to work in assigned morning or afternoon shifts. 5. Punctuality and teamwork.
