Responsibilities
1. Receive and verify incoming stock against delivery records.
2. Complete Goods Receipt Note (GRN) activities as required.
3. Update inventory records and maintain accurate stock information.
4. Conduct daily stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
5. Identify missing, damaged, misplaced, or expired products and report discrepancies.
6. Ensure products are stored in the correct racks and designated locations.
7. Maintain proper stock rotation and organized storage.
8. Coordinate with Pickers, Packers, Store Executives, and Store Managers.
9. Support stock replenishment and smooth order fulfilment.
10. Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
1. Minimum age: 18 years, subject to company policy.
2. Education: Any, as per company hiring requirements.
3. Experience: 0–3 years; inventory experience preferred.
4. Ability to read basic Hindi and English.
5. Basic numerical, record-keeping, and communication skills.
6. Good attention to detail and teamwork.
7. Willingness to work rotational shifts and at the assigned store.
8. Valid Aadhaar card and required educational documents.
