Responsibilities
1. Arrange stock on racks and keep aisles, shelves, and the picking area clean. 2. Support the store team with picking, packing, and replenishment during peak hours. 3. Assist in unloading incoming loads and moving stock to the designated racks. 4. Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards across the dark store. 5. Follow stock rotation practices and report damaged or expired stock to the supervisor. 6. Carry out basic quality and expiry checks while arranging stock. 7. Help in physical stock counts and cycle counts as assigned. 8. Follow inventory handling procedures, workplace safety rules, and company policies. 9. Work in rotational shifts and support the team in meeting productivity targets.
Requirements
1. Candidate must be at least 18 years old. 2. Minimum educational qualification as per company hiring policy. 3. Freshers can apply; prior dark store or warehouse experience is preferred. 4. Must be able to read basic Hindi; basic English reading skills are an advantage. 5. Must be comfortable with routine store and warehouse operations. 6. Must be willing to work rotational shifts, including night shifts if required. 7. Must carry valid Aadhaar and required educational documents. 8. Must be punctual, disciplined, and able to work in a team. 9. Must follow company policies, safety guidelines, and productivity targets. 10. Must be willing to work on-site at the assigned Blinkit store in Chennai.
