Blinkit is hiring Scanning Associate Executives for dark store operations in Chennai.
About the role: Products scan karna, inventory entries aur item checking.
Available Locations: Urapakkam, Chennai Ayanavaram, Chennai
Responsibilities
1. Scan products at inbound and outbound using the handheld scanner and record entries. 2. Verify product names, barcodes, quantities, and quality against the purchase or order record. 3. Maintain accurate inventory entries and cycle count records in the system. 4. Check products for damage, expiry, or quality issues and report discrepancies to the supervisor. 5. Segregate and label non-moving, damaged, or expired stock for action. 6. Keep scanned data updated and reconcile stock counts with physical stock. 7. Keep the scanning station and racks clean and organized. 8. Follow inventory handling procedures, workplace safety rules, and company policies. 9. Work in rotational shifts and meet assigned accuracy and productivity targets.
Requirements
1. Candidate must be at least 18 years old. 2. Minimum educational qualification as per company hiring policy. 3. Freshers can apply; prior dark store or warehouse experience is preferred. 4. Must be able to read basic Hindi; basic English reading skills are an advantage. 5. Must be comfortable with routine store and warehouse operations. 6. Must be willing to work rotational shifts, including night shifts if required. 7. Must carry valid Aadhaar and required educational documents. 8. Must be punctual, disciplined, and able to work in a team. 9. Must follow company policies, safety guidelines, and productivity targets. 10. Must be willing to work on-site at the assigned Blinkit store in Chennai.
