Blinkit is hiring Picker / Packer Executives for dark store operations in Chennai.
About the role: Customer orders pick aur pack karna, stock arrange karna aur order handover karna.

Responsibilities
1. Pick customer orders from designated racks as per the order list. 2. Verify product names, quantities, and quality before packing to ensure order accuracy. 3. Pack customer orders properly and prepare them for handover to delivery partners. 4. Arrange and replenish stock on racks and follow stock rotation practices. 5. Check products for damage, expiry, or quality issues and report discrepancies to the supervisor. 6. Keep racks, shelves, and the picking and packing area clean and organized. 7. Complete assigned tasks within the turnaround time (TAT) and meet productivity targets. 8. Follow inventory handling procedures, workplace safety rules, and company policies. 9. Work in rotational shifts and coordinate with store associates for smooth order fulfilment.
Requirements
1. Candidate must be at least 18 years old. 2. Minimum educational qualification as per company hiring policy. 3. Freshers can apply; prior dark store or warehouse experience is preferred. 4. Must be able to read basic Hindi; basic English reading skills are an advantage. 5. Must be comfortable with product picking, packing, scanning, and routine store operations. 6. Must be willing to work rotational shifts, including night shifts if required. 7. Must carry valid Aadhaar and required educational documents. 8. Must be punctual, disciplined, and able to work in a team. 9. Must follow company policies, safety guidelines, and productivity targets. 10. Must be willing to work on-site at the assigned Blinkit store in Chennai.
