1. Zepto is hiring Inventory Controllers for dark-store and quick-commerce inventory operations.
2. The role involves maintaining stock accuracy, conducting inventory checks, handling stock discrepancies and supporting smooth warehouse/store operations.

Responsibilities
1. Manage daily inventory operations. 2. Maintain accurate stock records. 3. Conduct physical stock verification. 4. Perform cycle counts and inventory audits. 5. Reconcile physical stock with system inventory. 6. Identify and report stock discrepancies. 7. Monitor stock receiving, movement and transfers. 8. Check damaged, missing and expired products. 9. Maintain proper stock arrangement. 10. Monitor inventory availability and replenishment.
Requirements
1. Minimum Education: Graduation preferred. 2. Experience in inventory, warehouse, retail, FMCG or e-commerce is preferred. 3. Freshers with relevant knowledge may also be considered depending on vacancy. 4. Basic knowledge of inventory management. 5. Knowledge of stock counting and reconciliation. 6. Basic MS Excel knowledge. 7. ERP/WMS knowledge is an advantage. 8. Good attention to detail. 9. Good communication and coordination skills. 10. Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
