Responsibilities
1. Run daily store operations and keep the floor ready for order fulfilment. 2. Manage the fresh fruits and vegetables section, including quality and expiry checks. 3. Coordinate receiving, stocking, and replenishment of F&V and other categories. 4. Guide and support store associates on shift duties and task allocation. 5. Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards across the section. 6. Track waste, shrink, and inventory accuracy and report discrepancies to the supervisor. 7. Ensure orders are picked, packed, and handed over to delivery partners within TAT. 8. Follow company policies, workplace safety rules, and productivity targets. 9. Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts as required.
Requirements
1. Candidate must be at least 18 years old. 2. Minimum educational qualification as per company hiring policy. 3. Freshers can apply; prior dark store or warehouse experience is preferred. 4. Must be able to read basic Hindi; basic English reading skills are an advantage. 5. Must be comfortable with routine store and warehouse operations. 6. Must be willing to work rotational shifts, including night shifts if required. 7. Must carry valid Aadhaar and required educational documents. 8. Must be punctual, disciplined, and able to work in a team. 9. Must follow company policies, safety guidelines, and productivity targets. 10. Must be willing to work on-site at the assigned Blinkit store in Chennai.
