We are hiring Assistant Store Managers (ASM) for Instamart store operations across multiple locations in India. The ASM will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, supervising the store team, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring smooth order fulfilment, and supporting overall store performance.
The role is suitable for candidates who have experience in retail, quick commerce, warehouse, store operations, or team supervision and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
1. Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow. 2. Supervise and coordinate Store Executives, Loaders and other store staff. 3. Allocate tasks and monitor team productivity. 4. Ensure timely picking, packing and order fulfilment. 5. Monitor stock availability and inventory accuracy. 6. Coordinate receiving, storage and replenishment of inventory. 7. Maintain store hygiene, safety and operational standards.
Requirements
1. 0–3 years of experience in store operations, retail, warehouse, logistics or team supervision preferred. 2. Freshers with strong leadership and communication skills may also be considered. 3. Good team-management and problem-solving skills. 4. Basic computer and communication skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Comfortable working in rotational shifts. 7. Good coordination and time-management skills.
