About the role
1. BigBasket is hiring Delivery Riders for e-commerce and quick-commerce last-mile delivery operations.
2. The role involves collecting customer orders from the assigned store or fulfilment centre and delivering them safely and on time.
3. Riders are responsible for timely delivery, customer coordination, order handling and following delivery procedures.

Responsibilities
1. Pick up customer orders from the assigned BigBasket store or fulfilment centre. 2. Deliver orders safely to customer locations. 3. Follow assigned delivery routes and instructions. 4. Ensure orders are delivered within the required time. 5. Verify order details before starting the delivery. 6. Handle customer orders carefully during transportation. 7. Coordinate with customers regarding delivery. 8. Maintain professional behaviour with customers. 9. Update delivery status through the required application. 10. Report delivery issues to the concerned team.
Requirements
1. Minimum Education: Any Education. 2. Freshers can apply. 3. Valid driving licence required. 4. Two-wheeler required where applicable. 5. Smartphone with internet connection required. 6. Basic communication skills. 7. Knowledge of local routes and locations is an advantage. 8. Ability to use smartphone and delivery applications. 9. Good customer-handling skills. 10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
